Here's an easy-to-make low calorie breakfast recipe! If you want to start your day with this nutritious meal, you'll need the following ingredients: 1 tablespoon of low fat butter, ½ cup of chopped onions, 2 cups of fresh spinach, ¼ cup of crumbled light feta cheese and 8 egg whites.
Instructions: Melt 1 tablespoon of low fat butter in a medium pan and then add the chopped onions and spinach. Mix these ingredients together for about 3 minutes until the onions become golden. Then add the egg whites into the pan and start scrambling until they're cooked.
