The Stradivarius December 2013 lookbook rounds out the brand's coolest releases for Christmas. Unlike many labels which have began giving a glimpse of the holiday offerings since November, the label has waited and dedicated an entire lookbook to the festive days. It seems like the high street label is a great fan of the classiness brought by black pieces to any look as it dedicated a major portion of the new lookbook to monochrome outfits with an elegant twist.
Just because the designers chose to focus on a traditional tone that exudes elegance doesn't mean the label ignored trends in favor of timeless looks. Though there are definitely elements that exude timelessness, the stylish combos and the clever textural contrasts created by Stradivarius for the holiday 2013 season are incredibly modern and would make any trend-focused fashionista happy to replicate the looks. Even the simplest of looks featured in the new holiday lookbook manage to attract attention instantly. A short bodycon dress with lace sleeves might not be the most innovative of holiday outfits, but it's a classic choice for a reason: it's a foolproof way to impress, provided the design suits one's features.
Cutout dresses or dresses with asymmetric details can also be a great choice. Are you a fan of high low dresses? The label comes with an interesting suggestion worth taking into account. By pairing it with a stunning sequined jacket and a cool box clutch, the brand manages to create a stunning modern effect which never fails to attract attention. Among the most thought provoking looks from the new line is an outfit that combines a lace top with a blazer and cool ripped pants and one that combines a black loose fitting blouse with a cool animal print skirt. Both of these looks have an unexpected interesting twist that makes them incredibly appealing.
