The Los Angeles ceremony showed Miley a bit more demure in front of the paparazzi, but she still donned a sexy cut leotard during her performance.

Accompanied on the red carpet by her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley made the best dressed list with a white Versus Versace suit. The 21 year old still showed her sexy side by wearing it without a top and even accessorized with a high fashion accent, the classic Versace gold safety pins.
