The Net-a-Porter The Hunger Games Capitol Couture collection, will become available on November 21st in UK, the same day when the new The Hunger Games: Catching Fire movie premiers in Singapore. US shoppers will be able to shop the new line a day later. The designer of the new line is The Hunger Games award winning costume designer, Trish Summerville, who created 19 options inspired by the popular series. Fans of the series will have the chance to sport pieces inspired by the movie’s teenage protagonist, Katniss Everdeen.

The designer is very proud of the collaboration: "I am extremely proud of the designs that we created for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and there's no partner more appropriate for Capitol Couture than the world's most cutting-edge luxury retailer", she stated.

The chance to work with the The Hunger Games mastermind when it comes to costumes was also appreciated by Holli Rogers, Fashion Director of Net-a-Porter, who recognized the movie's influence early on: "Our customers take their style cues from myriad sources…Fashion plays an important role in The Hunger Games series and is especially prevalent in Catching Fire, and fans of the franchise will see the film reference in the collection. This is also brilliant fashion in its own right".

The Net-a-Porter The Hunger Games clothing line, Capitol Couture, features statement tees emblazoned with arrows and 'Love', a multitude of leather jackets, chic metallic dresses, coats, jumpsuits and, of course, several cool accessories inspired by the movie's heroine. However, even those who aren't fans of the series might find themselves coveting these sleek, modern pieces. In fact if you loved the H&M The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo line, chances are you'll also like these options. Why? Trish Summerville was also responsible for Rooney Mara's outfits in the movie, so there are a couple of interesting similarities between the two lines.
