The Giambattista Valli fall 2013 couture collection is defined by femininity and romanticism. True to its sweet romantic vision, the designer came once again with an alluring set of ultra seductive offerings with an unapologetic ladylike allure.

The fact that ethereal feminine designs are the retailer's specialty is well known, yet the new couture line reminded everyone just how resourceful the concept can be. Needless to say, not one of the new pieces from the line strayed from the elegant norm that defined the collection.

Like any great artists, Giambattista Valli used the work of other artist as inspiration for the new line. The intricate details and the incredible attention to details shared by some of Europe's most important porcelain makers: Capodimonte, Sèvres, Meissen  and Wedgwood each inspired motifs found in the new Giambattista fall 2013 haute couture collection. The delicate allure of porcelains inspired many floral accents. The label opted for many spectacular textural motifs, cornflowers, magnolia or  hydrangea being just some of the motifs used.
