Banana Berry Cocktail

Recommended by Sports Illustrated, this is one of the most delicious slimming summer cocktails. For 2 servings you'll need:
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 banana
1 teaspoon agave nectar
4 ounces water

Put all the ingredients in a blender to get a smooth texture for one of the best slimming summer fruit cocktails. If you want to add some alcohol, substitute 2 ounces of water with 2 ounces of Malibu rum, for a total of around 150 calories per serving.
