Peaches Honeyblossom Geldof (1989-2014) left behind a husband and two children, but her fashion legacy is also a part of the way she touched those around her. From her wild days of partying to settling down, Peaches Geldof always rocked a confident style and her ties to the fashion world show that she had the potential to become a timeless style icon one day. Besides attending London, Paris and New York Fashion Week shows regularly, Peaches Geldof also worked as a model and wrote a column in the UK edition of “Elle Girls” when she was 15. She wrote and presented TV documentaries and also had her own chat show at the age of 22.
Her father, Bob Geldof, and Irish singer, author and political activist who was also nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, announced his daughter’s passing in an emotional way:
“Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever.”
Celebrate Peaches Geldof’s life by focusing on her fashion legacy and her most important ties to the industry.
