The new Giorgio Armani Maestro Mediterranea spring/summer 2014 makeup collection, is inspired by the intensity of the Italian sun and is dedicated entirely to helping women create the perfect sun-kissed look. The luxury label has used the Maestro Fusion Makeup Complexion Perfector launched in 2012 as a starting point for the new line and perfected the Maestro Color-Fil technology adapting it for the newly launched range of blushes and bronzers for spring/summer 2014.
Even though getting the perfect sun-kissed look is mainly associated with a warm toned complexion, according to Linda Cantello, Giorgio Armani International makeup artist, focusing on the cheekbones is just as important, and the new line is perfectly adapted for creating a natural sunkissed look. What makes the products different from others intended for the same purpose?
According to the brand, the products have a lightweight texture and are formulated without water or white powder, but instead contain a mix of five non-comedogenic oils such as white lotus oil, which gradually evaporates upon application. The result is a no makeup feel.
